Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or using EssayIQ, you agree to these terms. EssayIQ is operated by Essay IQ Pakistan, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

EssayIQ marks your essay the way the published FPSC criteria say it should be marked: five weighted criteria (Content and Analysis 40, Organization and Coherence 25, Language Accuracy and Style 20, Examples and Evidence 10, Presentation 5). Every issue is pinned to the exact words, with a suggested fix and the FPSC basis where one applies. Each essay is scored in several independent passes that are cross-checked.

EssayIQ is an independent service. It is not FPSC and it does not issue official marks. Treat your score as a detailed mock-exam result: a guide to where you can improve, not a prediction or a guarantee of how you will do in the real exam.

• Give accurate details and verify your email.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• An account is for one person. It can be signed in on two devices at once. Sharing an account may lead to suspension.

Monthly limits reset at the start of each calendar month. Unused evaluations do not carry over. An evaluation is counted when you submit the essay, and deleting the essay later does not give it back. Prices are in Pakistani rupees. If prices change, the plan you have already paid for is not affected.

Each payment covers one month of the plan you chose. Our refund promise, including the 30 minute access guarantee, is set out on the Refund and Cancellation page.

Your essays belong to you. By submitting one, you let us store and process it, including sending it to AI providers, only to provide the service to you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The marked-up feedback and PDFs we produce are for your own study. Please do not resell or publish them as your own service.

• Do not submit unlawful content or content you have no right to use.
• Do not use bots, scripts or bulk submissions, or try to get around plan limits.
• Do not copy, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not try to break into other accounts or our systems.

If you link your account to an institute, its admins can see your results as described in the Privacy Policy. You can unlink at any time from your dashboard. Institute accounts are created only through a partnership with us.

We work to keep EssayIQ running, but we cannot promise it will always be available. Planned maintenance, internet problems or outages at our AI providers may cause delays.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. You can stop using EssayIQ at any time and ask us to delete your account.

EssayIQ is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for exam outcomes, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell registered users by email. Continuing to use EssayIQ after that means you accept the new terms.
