Paid, but no access within 30 minutes? You get a full refund.
You do not have to explain or argue. Send us your payment reference and we will handle it.

What to expect
- Your plan should be active within 30 minutes of a successful payment.
- If it is not, you are entitled to a full refund of that payment.
- We reply to every request within 24 hours.
- Each payment covers one month. Nothing is hidden in the small print.
1.The access guarantee
Access means your dashboard shows the plan you paid for and your evaluations for the month are available. If that is not true 30 minutes after your payment went through, you can ask for a full refund.
Before asking, try signing out and back in. Sometimes the page only needs a refresh.
2.How to ask for a refund
- Email essayiqpakistan@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp.
- Include the email you registered with, the time of payment and your payment reference or a screenshot.
- We confirm the request and start the refund.
3.When the money reaches you
We send the refund back to the same payment method you used. How quickly it shows in your account depends on your bank or wallet, which we do not control. If it looks late, message us and we will help you trace it.
4.Other situations
Each payment covers one month of your plan. For anything outside the access guarantee, such as a double charge or a problem with an evaluation, write to us and we will look at it fairly. Evaluations already delivered cannot be taken back, so we may not be able to refund a month in which you used them.
To stop paying, simply do not renew when your month ends. Your plan stays active until then.
